Renegade Craft Fair in Brooklyn


Renegade Craft Fair is being held this coming weekend, June 16th & 17th, at the McCarren Park Pool on Lorimer St between Driggs and Bayard. 11AM - 6PM each day. (directions)

Renegade Craft Fair is a unique D.I.Y. event held every autumn in Chicago and every spring in Brooklyn. It features the hippest crafters around. Organized by Sue Blatt and Kathleen Habbley (of Heraty Law client Renegade Craft Fair LLC), the Brooklyn fair is now in its third year.

This is turning out to be their biggest event yet - they had over 400 applicants! There will be about 200 booths and close to 300 artists showing their wares. Click here for a list of the vendors that will be participating in this year’s fair.

The 2007 Brooklyn event is sponsored by Venus zine (another Heraty Law client!), The Onion, and Schnack.
