This package includes the LLC formation plus an operating agreement.

Single Member Limited Liability Company Formation - $325 + state fees
This package includes the LLC formation but does not include an operating agreement.

Incorporation - $650 + state fees
This package includes incorporation plus bylaws, initial minutes, organizational consent, and, if desired, an S-Corp application.

Not-for-Profit Corporation - $1650 + state fees
This package includes everything needed to incorporate and apply for 501(c) nonprofit status.

Small Business Start-Up Package - email us for more info
This package includes a company formation (partnership, sole proprietorship, corporation, or limited liability company) with relevant operating agreement, services agreements, trademark registration, federal tax ID, and, if necessary, DBA or trade name applications.

Joint Venture and Partnership Agreements
This package includes a company formation (partnership, sole proprietorship, corporation, or limited liability company) with relevant operating agreement, services agreements, trademark registration, federal tax ID, and, if necessary, DBA or trade name applications.

Trademark & Copyright (back)

Trademark Registration Application plus Office Action Responses - $650 + USPTO filing fees
This package includes a federal USPTO search, the TM application, and response to all office actions for an unopposed mark. If a mark is opposed and you wish to pursue it, our regular hourly rate will apply for dealing with the opposition proceedings.

Trademark Registration Application - $400 + USPTO filing fees
This package includes a federal USPTO search and preparation of the TM application. Our hourly fee will apply to Office Action Responses.

Trademark Registration Application Consulting
If you need to respond to an office action, or would like to apply for trademark registration on your own, but would like some assistance or someone to review your application for errors before you submit it, we can help you. Our standard hourly rate applies.

International Trademark Registration Applications - email us for more information
The cost associated with foreign trademark registration applications varies widely because the individual country filing fees fluxuate based on foreign currency exchange rates.
We offer a package price that is based on the type of trademark you intend to apply for as well as the number of countries you intend to register it in.
Most of our clients apply to register their trademarks in Canada, the European Union, Japan, China, and Australia.

Customs & Border Protection Trademark Recordation - email us for more information
We can record your trademark with the United States border authorities in an effort to prevent the importation of unauthorized goods that bear your trademark.
